Taught by current and former law enforcement officials with extensive real-world experience in managing property and evidence. All training topics address Best Business Practices and IAPE Professional Standards.

This one-day, interactive course is designed for anyone assuming
responsibility for the property and evidence function in their agency. The
focus is to help supervisors, and those responsible, improve and enhance their
expertise and overall confidence in managing Property Room personnel and
maintaining the overall success of the Property Room’s processes and
procedures.

This class is an interactive class that builds on the knowledge base of the 2-day
Evidence Management course. It is strongly recommended, but not required,
that participants attend the IAPE Evidence Management course prior to
attendance at the Advanced Conceps’s Course.

• Audits, Inventories and Inspections: Prevent crises before they happen
• Learn about audits, inventories, and inspections and evaluate your own operations and systems for continued success.
• Problem Identification, Evaluation and Corrective Actions: Learn about investigative processes, how to deal with items not able to be located and corrective actions to help prevent future concerns.
